Our classes are taught by master trainers in HIIT, Barre Intensity®, Pilates, Strength, Cardio, Fit Boot Camp, Yoga, Zumba® and Dance Groove to help you become stronger, leaner and more mobile.

We also offer semi-private and private Pilates reformer and private Gyrotonic® classes that work the core, abs and back muscles while improving strength, flexibility and sports performance.

You can choose to have a monthly membership or drop into any class for a nominal fee.
